Many inferior trampolines have fewer, smaller and lesser quality springs.

Madsen's is estimating that a teenager would weigh more than 100 pounds, and 3 teenagers would weigh more than 300 pounds, but not more than 400 pounds, staying within the weight limit for our MEDALIST DELUXE trampoline . . . but they would exceed the 200 pound limit on other inferior trampolines. Madsen's did not ask the jumpers to verify their actual weights.
